Album Cover

I was pleasantly surprised when I heard this the first time (I wasn't expecting much I should add). Aether Myth'd create some of the most psychedelic folk music out there today. Through seven untitled tracks the duo bring us along on a wonderful trip through their sound and space. Similarly to the most psyched-out moments of MV+EE or Fursaxa, the music feels so deeply out-of-this-world that it seems almost impossible not to get hypnotized by it. The perfect soundtrack to a long road trip and those pictures of the european countryside which are glued to the cover are very fitting and add a personal touch to the music witihin. Some songs are a bit harsher than others, but usually the drone that is created with added reverb and delay doesn't prevent it from being quite beautiful and contemplative. There is also some fine use of field recordings on some numbers. Can't wait to hear more from these guys.
