Album Cover

This album is much less influenced by world music then it's predecessor, but it is no less trippy and out-there. The album starts with the hazy, organ-filled sounds of First Communication, making you believe you are in for a pleasant ride; but once the second track comes on, you know you are in for something quite different. Dialogue & Random is a bunch of electronic bleeps and random noises which sound like early tape compositions. The two part Laila brings you back into psych-rock territory with the second part having a stronger progrock vibe than the first part. A Quiet Walk is six minutes of soothing ambient music until it morphs into a psych-folk tune for the rest of it's nine minutes running time. The recording ends with the most psychedelic tune of them all: Haunted Island, a slow jam with underwater vocals and synthesizer strings. Nice!
