It might have cost me 645$, but I've been looking for this one for years now! Couldn't pass it up! My copy does skip unfortunately, but this is not due to carelessness from it's previous owner(s). There are less than two hundred copies of this legendary album out there and they were all hand made so, the pressing quality isn't exactly top notch, but the music inside more than makes up for the defects. The opening Pieni Sieinikonsertto, a pulsating mess of ugly metallic sounds, like a very early attempt at industrial music, is worth the price of admission alone. One Point Music holds music that rivals and at times even tops the music on the similarly rare Shh! by Sperm (also fronted by Airaksinen). Again we are confronted by tons of delay effects, tons of distortion, weird fades and trippy sound manipulation. If you're interested in some of the most primitive and earliest attempts at electronic noise music, then look no further, this is it's Rolls Royce. |
