Being the electronic gear-freak that he is, Airaksinen has always been up-to-date on what was hot or not, and what was hot at the time, he got. In this case, he composed the entirety of this album back in 1985 on Yamaha's DX7 synthesizer (and again released it only a decade later). The album starts off with the mood-setting Hevajra, with it's playful yet weird, unfunky shuffle beat covered in ambient synth washes. Anyone who enjoys the naive side of Cluster or the childish melodies of Casino Versus Japan should seek this out. Besides the lack of beats, the same atmosphere shines forth and makes this album a most enjoyable listen. Definitely one of my favorite album's by Airaksinen from this period (along with Vitamins). With such a large and obscure discography, it's quite difficult to know where to start, but if you start here, charming songs like Triangle and Circle will surely get you hooked.
