I don't know how these guys do it! These seven tracks are completely improvised, yet every second is absolutely riveting and leave you begging for more. I personally can't get enough of the strange new territory the trio have explored. You can easily recognize most of the instruments used, yet what they do them to create such unconventional sounds is beyond me. Yes, that might be a piano, but it sounds like a wind chime here; yes that's a cymbal, but it certainly sounds like someone sawing through a sheet of metal to me and just what the fuck is that buzzing sound made with? Each track is a new, virgin territory to explore. Just trying to figure it all out is enjoyable enough, but the music in itself is so free and unique that one can come up with new interpretations of these sounds with each listen. Just add the odd, barely audible radio broadcast to an already puzzling soundscape and you've got an experimental masterpiece on your hands. Devastating!
