This sister release to On features four very different remixes of the track. One by μ-Ziq, another one by Reload and the two others by James himself. The Reload mix gives the tune a pleasant eighties vibe with tons of lush pads and funky beats while μ-Ziq plays it pretty safe with shy additions to the original. It's James' own "versions" however that make this release a must have. I strongly doubt these two tracks have anything to do with the original version of On as there are no similarities whatsoever. The D-Scape mix is an incredibly eerie tune which sounds so alien in parts that I find it astounding that it's the creation of a mere mortal. And the 28 mix simply has to be heard to be believed! It could easily have been included on SAWII and would have surpassed anything on that record (and I adore that record!) What a great way to hide some original material!
