After playing this on my stereo the first time I bought it, I remember being quite surprised. I was buying a lot of electronic music at the time and this one had exactly what I was looking for in a danceable record: a good tempo and a certain warmth to the sounds, bordering on ambient but without being completely lulling. Jonas had that fuzzy sound and even added a dose of dub to everything. Perfect! My favorite track on the album is the fourth one (all are untitled as is often the case with these types of records). As soon as it begins, you are immediately swept away and all you can do is dance, tap your feet or bob your head to the music. The fifth track is more ambient and would have fit better on a Profan label record, but it still feels at home on this album. The seventh sounds like something Bering's country fellows Daft Punk might have done had they been inclined to do more minimal techno.
