Album Cover

A collection of BCM odds and ends; from the excruciatingly noisy (White Alpha Matte/Doverider) to peaceful, Labradford-like numbers (Cyan Dream Net) via mind-boggling, indescribable sound collages (just what the fuck is going on on Glamour-Puss?). In the vast Birchville Cat Motel discography however, this remains a curio only, for the hardcore fans (and I mean the really hardcore as this is now out-of-print and long gone). Rest assured, even if you don't own this one, you aren't missing all that much; sure there are some really great tracks (Childrens Prayer To The Fourteen Good Angels is a wonderful drone piece), but you can get similar songs on other albums). Stars Arc On Their Gigantic Skyward Axis sounds dangerously close to what fellow countrymen The Dead C were doing at the time. Beautiful artwork yet again using wallpaper clippings.
