Mom! They're at it again!!! These guys had been unstoppable up until this album, but Sabotage marks the last album I truly enjoy by these metal legends. The intensity (especially on the first track) was still there. Classic guitar riffs all around. They had to slow down at one point, but it wasn't to happen just yet. Symptom Of The Universe, just like Children Of The Grave off of Master Of Reality is another example of a pure metal songs, muted chords and all! Best track on the album. Megalomania is a progrock-ish piece of psychedelia (including reversed vocals) which I hadn't heard since the very first album. Japanese doomsters Boris have readapted a sample of this tune on amplifier Worship. More synth on Am I Going Insane, but it's not as interesting as it was on Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. What's up with those weird reverb guitar riffs and Philip Glass-esque vocals on Supertzar?
