OK! YES! I'm pathetic! I went ahead and purchased this deluxe edition of Altar, an album which I already own twice, in two different versions... and for what? One extra song!? Yup! I dished out the big bucks for the bonus track The Sinking Belle (White Sheep) which is available exclusively on this edition of the album. What can I say? I'm a Boris junky. I need my fix, no matter how dubious the whole situation is. Altar is a great album after all and this edition truly is a deluxe one. Everything about it is incredible: the packaging comes with a beautiful, over-sized obi-strip, a nice black print of the cover on a cloth, a large booklet with sensational artwork by SunnO)))'s O'Malley. It includes every track I need except for The Sinking Belle (Black Sheep) available only on the japanese CD edition. I could sell my american edition of Altar, but it's the only way I can listen to Her Lips Were Wet With Venom uninterrupted without hunting down the japanese 2CD edition.
