This limited 10" release comes housed within an incredible, faux-Black Flag cover with the vinyl itself looking as if it was broken inside and covered in blood. Such brutal artwork is quite representative of the aggressiveness contained in these grooves. The first side is taken up by Stupid Babies Gone Mad, a japanese crust-core punk band whom I have never heard of before (just the band name makes me cringe). The music isn't bad at all, in fact, if you liked Boris's Vein, you'll most likely love this. The band go through a half-dozen tunes within eight minutes! Intense! Boris start their side off in doom metal-mode before eventually upping the BPMs exponentially and then shoving the heaviest punk riff ever in our faces. Pricey or not, Boris never disappoint and this one is no exception. To have thought of finishing each side abruptly mid-tune is fucking brilliant. It's Damaged, get it? Comes with a DVD featuring both bands in a live setting.
