The Demars
This is what happens when you give two hyperactive kids instruments on their birthday. These are a few tracks of extremely short hardcore insanity done by two kids, one was eight and the other twelve at the time of recording. They apparently put well over four hundred songs on thirteen tapes during their spare time (between 1994 and 1997) and only a few "choice" selections have been compiled (there are rumors of an existing CD-R out there, but it's most likely impossible to find). The Demars music might be amateurish, but it's nonetheless authentic and pure (mayhem that is!). I ordered the 7" after hearing a short excerpt (which turned out to be the whole song and pretty much the best thing on the whole record). The two have not made music since and I sincerely doubt it would this much fun to listen to if they were to record today.
