FM3
FM3 is a duo of electronic artists based in China. I can't say I know much else about them and the artists' website doesn't help much in clarifying who they are. I know the two artists have performed at Montreal's Mutek festival and have collaborated on the Mort Aux Vaches series, but that's pretty much it. The duo is also renowned for the release of their odd Buddha Machine soundboxes which has quickly garnered much praise in electronic music circles. From what I can hear, the music is mostly ambient and drone-based, quite nice in itself, but if they are to limit themselves to their gadget, I doubt they will amount to much more then a novelty act.
