David Grubbs

National Flag

I don't really know anything about this artist except that he was once a member of experimental rock group Gastr Del Sol along with Jim O'Rourke. The two are also behind the label Dexter's Cigar which is responsible for making Loren Mazzacane Connors into a household name among fans of strange and obscure music. I have not listened to any of Grubbs' solo efforts so I won't venture into describing his sound based on one single collaborative release. More to come eventually.
