Wow! I can't believe I got my paws on a copy of this rare gem! Thanks to eBay! The first time I saw it up for auction, I bid 175$US and didn't win!!!, so when I saw it available immediately for fifty bucks, I didn't hesitate for a second! First thing that struck me about this album is the packaging. It's easily the most beautiful artwork in the duo's entire discography. It's too bad they don't make them like this anymore. The second thing that will strike you is of course the music itself. It's no surprise these two are renowned as one of the most spaced-out psych-folk artists of today. Tonight! [...] is simply cram full of the most brain-melting folk music you could find. The album starts and ends with some blissfully wasted raga-inspired drones while the bulk of the record sounds like John Fahey on quaaludes. Very dreamy stuff, like floating among the clouds. An absolute must if you can hunt down one of the 99 copies out there. Took me four years to find mine.
