Ohio's Emeralds fill up the first side of this split tape with a long piece of drawn out psychedelic electronic bleeps and pulses. It sounds like some obscure psychedelic electronic piece from the early 70's from some unknown hippy composer. Droning, borderline ambient/noise music to sooth the soul. As much as I enjoy the first side however, it was Sunburned's side that made me buy this tape in the first place and what a bizarre one this is! Smoke This Now is the name of the track and I would suggest to do anything BUT smoke before listening to it! There is some genuine mind-fuckery going on here. Not only is the piece divided into a multitude of shorter tracks, but each of them are so different and alien-like, it might prove too much for some fans. This very cellular song is one of the most ambient pieces the collective have concocted yet. I personally love it, but if you're into the group's heavier leanings, stay away from this one.
