SXBRS
This short-lived duo from LA lasted but one year, yet what they left behind is simply incredible. It might not be the most unique exercise in deconstructionist rock (imagine US Maple - or pretty much any band on Skin Graft - and Lightning Bolt's mathematical touch to prog-noise), but it sure is incredibly effective. I've only purchased some of their work because of their split with personal favorite Expo '70, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised at what they do. If there's anything else out there by this group, I'd love to hear it!
