Drones can't get much creepier than on Train Tunnels/Railyard and Train S/Fields, the two opening tracks on this live release by The Vibracathedral Orchestra. Like walking home late at night and taking that regrettable short cut through that badly lit alley, you'll shit your pants just listening to these two. At this point in their career, the middle-eastern influences on the group's sound wasn't as obvious, but if you listen closely, you can hear it surface here and there on tracks like Late Night Street/Train Station At Night/Hallway and Stairwell/School Classroom. My favorites however are found in the short (but mesmerizing) drone of Boys' And Girls' Bathrooms and the relentless noise and drum bashing of Pharmacy (you'll probably need some headache pills after this one actually). A classic! Comes in a very cheap single plastic sleeve with hand-assembled artwork including small photographs. Not sure how limited this one is.
