I really had to put a lot of effort into trying to figure out the track listing on this one, but I believe I got it right. Corrections are more than welcome. This collection of live recordings is a great place to start for people who are curious about the band; it seems to include all the different all the different faces that they would use throughout their career. You've got the bizarre free-jazz elements on Deli, the creepy dark vibes of December Woman or Organza and the all-out electronic weirdness of Tadpole Alphabet. There is seriously not a single miss on this release and if you have the opportunity to get this one along with Volseptor, you're in for some serious volcanic business. Volfur was one of the hardest Volucan releases to find. I actually contacted the band to get this edition, but my art edition of Volfur is remarkably different to the editions of Volseptor and Volve I own. |
