Beautiful vinyl only release of only three hundred copies by Volcano The Bear. The LP comes sandwiched between a thick painted cardboard with pasted-on artwork and a great drawing by Nick Mott in the back. The artists have mentioned that this is one of their most intense releases yet (and considering that pretty much all of their output is pretty crazy, you can imagine just how high the bar was set for this one). The record definitely flows better than many other releases. Side one includes the epic Eggstretch which has a nice free jazz vibe lurking beneath the madness. Side two sounds slightly more interesting to these ears, mostly because of the middle-eastern tinged latter half of the side. Beef Cattle Lovely Couple, Benoit's Solution and Dominant Larks Rise create a nice exotic trio of songs which close the album on an otherworldly note.
