NEVER had I thought I would one day be able to find a copy of this extremely rare tape (25 copies!) by the wonderful Volcano The Bear. When I saw it up on eBay, there was just no way I could let it pass by. I'm now 86$ poorer, but I'm happy to report it was well worth the price. Not only do you get over ninety minutes worth of music on it, but it's also chock full of some of the most insane sounds the band has ever put out. The album starts off on a strangely dull note with Quick, which is anything but what the title implies. The track simply sounds too amateurish and redundant, but from here on in, prepare to lose all grasp on reality as the band research the extremes of musical weirdness. Traditional folk tunes, electronic beats, sound collages, noise, more noise, disturbing nursery rhymes and freak out jams feature regularly throughout (sometimes simultaneously!) for our bewildered pleasure. Fun and fucked beyond all reasonable boundaries.
