More psychedelic weirdness from the Yahowha clan. This time the music is much more folk-oriented, something that had been pushed aside ever since the release of the happy-hippy camp songs of All Or Nothing At All. These two sidelong tracks are pure psych-folk weirdness, including some recorder, dueling vocals (about being the sons of Yod) and improvised guitar work. Suite One Suite Two are quite mellow affairs but the occasional chanting and weird vocal effects lifts the songs up on higher grounds. There is a third suite out there which is related to these Yodship recordings, yet, for some reason, it hasn't showed up along with the CD version included in the Captain Trip box set. Maybe on a future release? "We are on Venus. Are you with us?"
