And what a beauty it is, shrouded in Marian Zazeela's stunning artwork and delicate calligraphy. The music found within is no less mysterious and impressive. Of course, if you don't know what you're getting into by dropping the stylus on the outer rim of the first side, the onslaught of droning sinewaves and voices might come as a shock, but if you let it seep in, with time, it will leave a deep impact on any listener. There's just nothing else like this in the world. Side two is a drone piece for bowed gong. The deep rumbling sounds quite menacing at first, but it will rapidly lull you away.
